By accessing and using Deckbuilding (the "Game") available at deckbuilding.space (the "Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Game or Website.

2. Description of Service

Deckbuilding is a free-to-play, browser-based strategy card game where players build fleets of spacecraft and battle against waves of enemies. The Game includes:

• Interactive gameplay mechanics
• Card collection and deck-building features
• Progressive difficulty and wave-based challenges
• Local data storage for game progress
• Advertising content to support free gameplay

3. User Eligibility

are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Data and Privacy

Game Progress Data:

• Game progress is stored locally in your browser
• We do not collect or store personal game data on our servers
• Clearing your browser data will reset your game progress
• We cannot recover lost game progress

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Game shall not exceed $10 USD.

11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Game will cease immediately.
